Q: Is this "In-Home" delivery?

A: No, our standard service is curbside delivery only. The driver will deliver the package to your curb or driveway. You are responsible for moving the heavy item(s) from the curb to your final installation site. Please arrange for assistance beforehand.

A: You must thoroughly inspect all items for any visible damage or missing pieces BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. If you find damage, you must clearly note the damage on the carrier's receipt, take photos, and contact us immediately. Returns & Refunds
