3. Exclusions & Limitations
To maintain the integrity of our service, this warranty does not apply to:
- Standard Aging: Normal wear and tear, minor cosmetic blemishes, or surface scratches.
- External Factors: Damage from accidents, misuse, fire, floods, or Acts of God.

4. How to Submit a Claim
If you encounter an issue with your CThru product, please follow these steps to ensure a swift resolution:
- Documentation: Gather your original proof of purchase (invoice or sales order).
- Notification: Notify CThru in writing within 30 days of discovering the defect.
- Inspection: Provide our team with reasonable access to the property to inspect the product.
Our Commitment: If a defect is confirmed, CThru will—at its sole discretion—repair the component, provide a replacement, or issue a refund for the defective product.
5. Legal Provisions
- Non-Transferable: This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser.
- Liability Cap: CThru's total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the specific product in question.
